In November 2017, it’s time to turn the tables on alcohol.

FAQ

1. Does my Feast of Ideas have to be a dinner?

No. You can host a feast at any time of day! It could be a breakfast with your flatmates, lunch at your workplace, or a social gathering at a park. However, we find that dinners provide more time to discuss, debate, and digest big issues and solutions.

2. Where can I find the Feast of Ideas pack with questions?

Once you have signed up to host a Feast of Ideas, a pack will be emailed to your registered account at the end of October.

3. When do I have to host my Feast of Ideas?

November 2017. You are welcome to keep feasting and feeding us solutions outside of the campaign period, however, your solutions may not be included in the Menu for Change.

4. How many people do I need to invite to my Feast of Ideas?

As many or few as you desire. You can feast with one friend or your entire workplace. In 2016, a conference delegation in Sweden transformed their closing gala into a Feast of Ideas!

5. How do I contact the NCDFREE team?

We’d love to hear from you at feast@ncdfree.org.

6. Where should I submit my solutions?

You can upload your solutions directly to the website and share them with the world on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) using #feastofideas or #FOI17.

7. What happens to the solutions?

Your solutions will be included in the Menu for Change; presented back to all campaign participants and question authors; and shared at NCDFREE and key global health events.

8. Where can I access the menu for change / wrap document?

The document will be released in December 2017, and will be available on the website. In addition, all participants will be emailed a copy.
